A well overdue review, my experience with FitKit UK has been nothing short of exceptional at a time where my confidence in Fitness equipment providers during COVID-19 era was well below zero (see my other review). I was beyond sceptical about placing an order with FITKIT UK given some of the reviews I had read, but caved in once I was sure they were the most price competitive for the piece of kit I wanted (hammer strength lat pulldown) by over £1000. I called to ask a few questions and got through immediately to Evetta, which felt like a blessing, given others have decided to suspend their phone lines. By the end of the conversation held on 15/05/20, Evetta confidently claimed that if I was to place the order that day, I would have the item no later than 22/05/20, I was very sceptical given another company had me waiting over 8 weeks for some items that should have been delivered within 21 days, regardless I placed the order with FitKit. Over the next couple of days I received the expected email confirmations stating my order had been confirmed and would hear back once the item was ready for dispatch. On the evening of 20/05/20 I received an email from Abid in the sales department asking if it would be convenient for the delivery to be made the following day (21/05/20), which I happily accepted. James and Jordan with the delivery team arrived exactly when they said they would and were beyond a pleasure to deal with. This company has been nothing short of a pleasure to deal with at a time where multiple others blame transportation issues for unacceptable delivery delays. If you are sceptical as I was given a previous experience you’ve had somewhere else, call up and speak to the staff at FitKit, its a company that deserves to be recognised at a time like this.
