After spotting a deal of an ex-demo bike on the FitKit website I had a few questions - as ex-demo. However, the contact was hard to get hold, never avaible on the phone, and took days to answer my queries.It took so long that the offer is now over and they will not honour the sale price which I am now not getting due to their poor service. Bike is now double the price!Very unhappy and disappointed.Awaiting a response to my email expressing my annoyance and disappointment.
