I don't normally write reviews however I discovered quite a few negative reviews after ordering a spin bike which gave me doubts. Fitkit were advertising extended delivery times on the item, up to 10 working days, I was very impressed when I received an email less than a week after ordering saying it had been dispatched. My only grievance was the courier did not contact me to arrange a suitable delivery slot/date as Fitkit stated. The drive rang to say he was outside my house but waited 10 minutes for me to get home from work to accept the delivery and was apologetic on the couriers behalf. He even waited whilst I cleared a space in my garage so the pallet could be wheeled straight in and I could return to work. I would add this is a common issue with pallet couriers.The matrix spin bike was delivered as advertised, it had clearly been inspected and all moving parts adjusted/lubricated accordingly. The bike did show signs of wear and tear along with an area of rust however this is as described on the website.
