Terrible customer service told many different things when I called , then they drop an expensive piece of kit kerbside only after being told I am on my own can't lift it there is stairs to front door and to top it off this was told to the delivery company as well so it's sat outside with no way of getting it in, front door delivery would of been nice but hey won't use this company again am fuming
