WOW, after the gyms throughout the UK were forced to close I decided to look for a gym spec treadmill for home.After looking around I came across Fitkit and it was the best discovery. Yes I had to wait for delivery but this was expected as everyone would of been doing the same as me.My machine arrived and the delivery driver was extremely helpful (not a Fitkit driver) and I was more then happy with my purchase (so far a 4 star review)After a week or so I discovered a small issue so reported it to customer service and this is where the 5 comes in to play, they have been so helpful and sent an engineer out to help. After the engineer arrived it was decided that the company needed to replace my machine (within 2 working days) My replacement machine was delivered by 2 service engineers who took the old one away and made sure the new one was up and running before they left (after 6pm)Its not very often these days that people deliver this type of customer service but these guys (service and customer service) are a true asset to the business and I thank you so very much for exceeding my expectations.
