I purchased a life cycle from this company back in 10/02/2021 at a cost of £7,200.An hour after their engineer assembled it I had To call them back out as they didn’t assemble the crank arm correctly.After a couple of weeks of use the bike failed to boot up ,reported to fit kit uk an engineer was booked to call via life fitness the visit failed as Engineer Could not fix the issue.So another attempt a couple of weeks later also failed as wrong part was ordered…..Life fitness agreed to replace the bike as they couldn’t address the fault.Not Two months after install of new bike it fails again with same problems.This company fitkit.uk refuses to reckonise the consumer act 1974.My bike as now had 5 repairs.if it failed again its small claims for sure!Purchase elsewhere if I were you.I requested a refund from fit kit uk as The bike is not fit for purpose,they informed me that they will not collect or refund the money…..I have been in contact with trading standards and I’m currently waiting for a mediation third party to try and help ,other wise I will be submitting a small claims against the company fit kit uk….Really poor attitude from this company that’s all they want is your hard earned money….Buyer beware…..
