It has taken me a while to write this review, mainly because I wanted it to be honest for others and fair to the sellers. Purchased in March.This is a used item so don't be upset when it arrives not looking brand spanking new! If I have a niggle it is that I can't change the pedals as so tight and there are some rusty spots but they don't affect the bike's performance. That said I have now completed many workouts of varying length and power and have to say I'm not disappointed. I still visit the gym to use the Keiser spin bike but love that have one at home to keep up my activity when work and time are short. The customer service was excellent too. I think you'll be happy if you want and able to purchase this product.
