We ordered a used Star Trac cross trainer from Fitkit. We expected it, as described to arrive in very used condition. There was a delay in delivery, but this was due to the haulage company and not Fitkit, who at least informed me straight away of the delay. When it did arrive on a pallet, the machine was in exceptionally good and clean condition. There was a washer and bolt missing from one of the pedals, but it was really good to see that Shaf at Fitkit dealt with this professionally and the parts arrived by tracked post just a few days later. The machine itself is commercial quality and would easily beat any similar priced new cross trainer today for quality and performance. Thank you.
