We bought our Precor crosstrainer a couple of years ago and had been having issues with the touch screen, for a few weeks. One phone call, and an email later, and Liam was dispatched to try and solve the issue. What a superstar! We didn't really think that the issue was fixable, but Liam sorted it right out! A few recalibrations of the screen and a little tlc service, and our machine was back up and running.Absolutely thrilled with the service that this company provides, from our initial purchase to the callout today. Brilliant!
