I bought a stationary bike from FitKit back when the first COVID lockdowns hit and have been a client since. Last month I got the bike serviced and the engineer identified an issue with the drive belt. I followed up with FitKit, and today the same engineer returned to fit the new part. He even took the time to do extra adjustments to make the ride extra smooth. I'm super happy with the service. The team is polite, professional and responsive, special thanks to Helen in the office who communicated quickly via email and phone, provided advice and scheduled me in much quicker than the stated lead time.
