I bought a Star Trac Studio 5 Indoor Group Cycle - used - in February. I used FitKit due to the warranty. I had a problem with a bad knock on the pedal and reported it straight back to Helen who was very helpful and arranged an engineer to come out and fix it. Great service from Helen and John the engineer.
