Like other reviewers I spent a long time looking for a step and bodypump set. The Fitkit pricing was just right for both and items were in stock. Couldnt say that for many of the other retailers. The purchase process was quick and easy. As I ordered items separately I called their support team and they refunded me one of the delivery charges - no questions. Very helpful team. Step arrived next day and bar and weights arrived in 3 working days. Well within stated timeframes. Overall very impressed with service, delivery and price. Keep it up!
