From the first time i used it it made lots of noises that didn’t sound right. I took a video and sent it to fitkit. They told me this was normal. I shouldn’t of trusted or believed them. I’ve only used the bike 4 times and it’s literally one week outside the 3mth warranty and the bottom bracket has come loose. Bottom brackets should last for years. It’s clear this bike wasn’t serviced/reconditioned correctly before being sold. I’ve brought this up with fitkit and been told it’s out of warranty even though I reported as soon as I got it. I will be going to trading standards. Awful company, clearly not trustworthy.
