The delivery service is extremely poor. They dump the product on your drive. The order explicitly stated that my equipment would be “fully assembled” which would have allowed me to wheel it across my drive. However it was boxed up unassembled and dumped on my drive by a delivery man who couldn’t care less.When I called customer service he was very keen to repeat that it was a kerbside delivery only but completely ignored the fact that they hadn’t delivered it assembled. Appalling customer service.I have had six deliveries of goods this week including heavy items such as sofas and a washing machine and every delivery service has gone above and beyond except the Neanderthal who dumped my product outside my house
