Bunch of Jokers with no customer service skills. I bought an incompatible product, delivery guy simply dumped it at the back of the building in the rain without informing anyone. We stumbled upon it 2 days after whilst taking out the trash. After trying the attachment on my squat rack i noticed that it wasn't compatible. I called the office and spoke with Nikki who said I could return it and she will send me an email with instructions. Ploy to run down the clock!! Long story short, I didn't receive any email, when i called back again they told me they can't take it back because its been over 30 days even though the initial return conversation happened with their 30 days. They refuse to accept responsibility whilst at the same time blaming their error on lack of staff and running on skeleton crew like it's my fault. Now I'm stuck with a useless £350 metal. Worst company with the worst customer service ever!! Look for other outlets.
