Avoid this company! Brought 2 machines from them and they were not fit for purpose so wanted to return.Items were returned and the retailer stated that there were a few missing screws and based on this they wouldn't be refunding me.Expecting to try make a resolution with them, I said I'd happily try to find what was missing and return it to them promptly, and if I couldn't, I could buy the replacement screws or they could deduct the missing screws from my refund amount.The answer I got? Nothing! Simply 'come collect your items'If your looking to buy used gym equipment, I'd advise Equip4gyms! They don't over inflate their prices and haven't got terrible customer service!!!The items I brought were worth over 3k, and based on a few missing screws which this retailer probably could replace without breaking a sweat, they are rejecting my claim for a refund!You'd expect a retailer to want to come to a resolution with a customer but not here!Absolutely shocking disgusting treatment.Please be aware if you ever need to return an item this company will move heaven and earth to try make any excuse they can under the sun to not give your money back!
