I bécame astonised after having received a banking charge of the susbcription; i hadn’t downloaded the app of fitme. After contacting with customer team, I was informed that I didn’t had any account there; knowing that the amount país was non refundable, the company offered to me a bonus to be able to use app until January 2027 to compensate and I felt ashamed for this because I realized that they do not have to do.
