The FitMe company offers an online Yoga program for seniors that seemed to be just perfect for me! I purchased the one-month plan. Unfortunately, I did not realize in time that the program was only downloadable to an iPhone or iPad, which I do not have. I had already paid so I emailed them and explained my mistake. They refunded my payment and promised to let me know if they developed a program for a PC or laptop. Their program seems great, and their customer service is wonderful!
