Had some small issues due to communication errors but they have been fully resolved. I'm not sure but I think that we're only able to do one program at a time? Personally I would like to do one in the morning (primary) and another in the evening (secondary and more optional) to regain strength and flexibility a little bit faster, but at my current state I want to keep the second one as an add on for the good days. I would like a little more encouragement to breathe properly though the Tai Chi exercises as sometimes I find myself holding my breath when I should be breathing! Otherwise, I'm very happy with the entire system.
