I had heard of tai chi, but never considered it for me. I was a member of a gym for over a decade, but had trouble motivating myself to go there. I walked but engaged in no other exercise. I am now in my late 70s. Last month I ended up signing up for the 25-day FitMe starter trial and found it beneficial enough to continue the program. I am now in my second month of the program and am pleased with the results. I eat dinner late and exercise with tai chi before going to bed. Sometimes I’m still full from dinner. As a result of the FitMe exercises I go to bed without that full feeling and have an easier time going to and staying asleep. My muscles feel relaxed as does my mind.I’ve maintained by weight and feel better. I anticipate staying with the program. The FitMe exercises are well-modeled and explained. I can follow them each along with the character on the screen. I am encouraged and reminded through the program and find the price reasonable. Most importantly, after the nightly exercises, I just feel better.
