I have been using FitMe for 2 1/2 months. The daily exercises are very well explained and very well timed. It really is easy for the user who is invariably anxious to improve both mobility and weight loss.
I have had a problem with my Program reverting back to Day 1 exercises and repeating them daily. I contacted Customer Support who have quite frankly surprised me with both the content of the reponse and the speed of the reply.
I am keen to continue my journey with Fitme and highly recommend it's use.
