I ordered wheels and tires on 11/30, with an estimated delivery of 12/17. I called to confirm, and the representative was excellent, even checking if my order could be expedited. The wheels shipped on the 9th, which was beyond my expectations! I received the package on the 12th after a minor delay by the carrier. Outstanding effort from the service; I will be a lifelong customer.
