These people went out of their way to make me happy. I tried to purchase a pair of open box wheels they had listed and there was an issue where they had to cancel the order. I saw them listed again and had the same issue. They apologized and said they’d ship me out 4 brand new wheels at cost direct from the factory if I wanted, just to make things right. I received my brand new wheels lightning fast and could not have been happier.In a time where almost everything is automated and customers have little to no direct contact with a retailer, these fine people went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. What a great feeling.
