FB has been a part of my journey for years now. I'm a personal trainer now and still tune in to their videos when I'm having a difficult day to stay motivated and continue with my training. I don't use their videos primarily anymore as my training style has changed over the years, but if there is one online fitness biz I'll recommend to anyone, it'll be FB. Daniel and Kelli are so approachable and fun to workout with! Most of their workout videos are available for free, but their Plus membership is worth exploring if you want to personalize your experience more.The only possible downside I can think of is the lack of offline accessibility. I travel a lot, and sometimes internet can be an issue. But that is not really a big problem in the grand scheme of things.All in all, I love what value they have added in my life and what I'm sure is the experience of many others! Love you guys!
