I joined Fitness First on Tottenham Court Road recently. My first impressions are excellent. The gym has great equipment and fantastic swimming pool, sauna and steam room. The changing rooms are also great and the showers are powerful and work really well. The gym is exceptionally clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My only feedback would be that there are not enough water fountains and those that are there have no pressure. Also, the shower gel is of poor quality. However, these are very minor points. Overall, this is a great gym and I would strongly recommend it.
