I am retraining after 8 years away from training. Another course I paid for (which I won't mention ) was fairly informative but I am sooooo happy that I downloaded this one as it has been fantastic!!....and to be honest , I can't believe that it's free. This course will be the one that actually helps me repass my test and I am so grateful for the in depth training that it provides!!5 stars all the way .Thank you very much Fitness Mentors!!
