Absolutely horrible. I signed up because I thought i thought I was getting my blood work done and getting a specific diet plan for foods that im not allergic to or my body has problems with.I sent in the labs and never received anything in return.They then sent me a ridiculously long form to fill out and if you dont fill it out at once you cant save it.I sent emails saying I was not happy and they scheduled a call in which I was asking for a refund but they wanted me to restart the process which nothing ever changed. I submitted with affirm for a refund and fitscript said they are not refunding my money so now im stuck with a monthly bill for a totaling to $7000 or they are going to send me to collections and screw up my credit.Beware is total scam
