I ordered 3 black right/left nipples on Nov 12th. I received them Nov 19th. I don't know if Amazon has spoiled us, but I thought with a $19.97 shipping charge, they would be received within 1-2 days. Not so. Once received, the right side (clock wise) threaded in fine. Righty-Tighty, but the left side (reverse Counter clockwise) did not thread in at all. I called the support line and was told they would send a link for me to respond with pictures. I explained that all 3 did not work and they might just have a bad batch. She said send the pic and they would look. I did not receive a link so I called again. They said to attach to the last email I received from fittingsnvalves which was this survey link. I did that and still have not heard anything. So my closet is a mess having to wait for the product then the product doesn't work and I am still waiting.
