I placed an order for a project but didn’t receive all the pieces, as one of the items wasn’t available. Because I needed all of the parts, I didn’t want a partial order, so I requested a refund. Two weeks and 2 emails later, I finally receive the return instructions, indicating I would receive my refund when they received the package. I sent the package, at my expense, via UPS. The package was delivered 7 days ago, to their location. I’ve emailed twice, and still haven’t received a refund. I will never use this company again. At this point, it’s not about the refund amount, but about customer service…which is not so good.
