Update: adjusted from 2 to 4 stars as apparently I placed an Each Way bet instead of a Win. Other comments stand, but I appreciate the positive and non-dismissive response from Mark.Site is okay but a bit glitchy on iPad. Withdrawals processed promptly. Always like to use proper bookmakers rather than the big ones, but sadly no Best Odds and no proper forecast or tricast (instead some own odds way worse than Tote calculations)Also check your returns… £20 bet at 3/1 won, but returns were £57.50 and customer service confirmed this is correct (obviously incorrectly), despite screenshots confirming odds and win. Spent quite a bit with them but now closed the account as no longer trust them and quite literally fraudulent.Customer service don’t do much except just pass a message to somebody else, who replies sometime later by email.
