Service: great. The clothes: wearable. I wouldn't quite say fashionable. There were several articles of clothing in the packages that I immediately knew I would not be wearing, and you can't return those. Of course, the reason I subscribed to this in the first place was to minimize the time needed for the decision making process. I really don't like spending a lot of time deciding whether I should get the classic khaki pants or the slim beige chinos.. So Five Four takes saves me that trouble. It's great for what your paying. There is a little customization possible if you talk to the customer service about what your style is and such. This leads me to the next point.The customer service is very good. They really try to find out what your needs are and meet them. The few times I had to call them up, they were very helpful.
