They delayed settling several of my accounts until the last possible moment, resulting in significantly higher monthly payments than initially quoted. I was also forced to find $3300 to pay another creditor because they failed to settle on time. While their customer service is commendable, the overall program is utterly disappointing. I would NOT suggest using their services. Attempt to negotiate the accounts on your own for better results!
