It is important to understand that not all contractors are bad or scammers. However, when this does occur, no matter how much evidence you have Fiverr will not reimburse you they will only frustrate you until you give up its actually a little bit crazy how they handle your complaint. They will continuously change customer service reps with each email reply you send then ask for new or already sent proof prior to them, after 9 emails back-and-forth, i became extremely frustrated with sending the same evidence. My evidence included the initial email asking what I needed to be done along with the contractors reply, saying it was never asked forand then finally, I sent evidence that the issue was fixed and I was charged by another contractor from a different site.They still asked for more proof including snapshots of when my sight was not working.How would I have that if it was fixed. With each of my answers, they looked for another way around it by searching for tasks that were nearly impossible at that point.Being, you cannot go back in time. Save yourself hassle.There's plenty of other reputable companies
