I bought an item for £49.99 on 17 January 2026 but received a refund the following day. The company emailed me stating that the item was already sold, which is why my order was canceled. However, I later checked their website and found the same item listed with the same product code, now priced at £125.00 and marked as in stock. This is definitely not a good business practice. It would have been better if they had admitted to a pricing error rather than being dishonest.
