I purchased an item for £49.99 on 17 January 2026 but received a refund the next day. The company informed me via email that the item was already sold, which is why they canceled my order. However, when I checked their website, I found the same item listed with the same product code, now priced at £125.00 and marked as in stock. This is certainly not a good business practice. It would have been more acceptable if they had acknowledged a pricing mistake instead of being dishonest.
