I am updating my previous review from 4* to 5* in the light of the positive customer care I received. I initially gave 5* to the excellent technician, Lincoln, who replaced my leaking windscreen perfectly but dropped my rating to 4* due to being misinformed at the start by the advisor. This has since been rectified satisfactorily and quickly, with an acceptable refund transferred to my account promptly. The staff I spoke to by phone could not have been more helpful and courteous, so I think their customer care is worth 5*.
