Fix Glass was just great to deal with. I called three companies and Fix was the first to respond. From then on they kept in touch all the way through. They have a great process that gives updates at every step. The booking handler Tracey could not have been more helpful. Then the fitter arrived, ‘Kez’. On time, super polite, expert and reassuring. The job was finished in good time and I noticed how Kez was a perfectionist, not happy until the last detail was done. I don’t usually leave good feedback, I like to let people know when to avoid a bad business, but this was quite exceptional service. Who would have thought the pain of a broken windscreen could have revealed this gem of a business.
