AVOID!

Like the others, it’s been almost 4 months, and I’ve STILL not received anything! I’ve gotten countless «there was a mistake» «we have reprocessed your order» «it will soon be there», BUT WHERE THE FLIP ARE MY FREAKING REPAIR PIECES. Yes, that was a bit aggressive, but with the frustration of having emails being ignored, and stupid excuses, it is completely justified. I recommend everyone to avoid this site!EDIT: I originally wrote this 2 weeks ago. I have now received the parts I ordered, or, I ordered one headband replacement piece, and two sets of ear pads, and I received one headband replacement piece and one set of ear pads. Although one of the ear pad sets is missing, I’m glad to have received something. I sent an email 5 days ago, before I received my order, expressing my anger and frustration, with no answer back from them. I was literally about to initiate a police report and refund from my bank. Although I got my order, I still don’t recommend ordering from here, because of the shitty communication, unprofessional service, and bs excuses, on top of the extremely long wait with no information about what’s happening. Again: STAY AWAY!
