I did the course for 10 weeks. Not only did it not alleviate my SIBO/IBS symptoms at all, but it also made me breakout terribly the entire 10 weeks. When I reached out about my acne breakout when it first started to ask if this was a normal reaction, I got sent a form response about die off that didn't mention acne at all, so it was pretty clear the person responding had not read my email. I reached out again later on to see if I could get a more helpful response and they just never responded. I looked through everything on the website and didn't see anything that mentioned acne being a possible side effect, which feels really misleading. This was not die off because it persisted the entire 2.5 months I used the product with absolutely zero improvement.Also, just a warning, the pain I experienced during the die off period was truly excruciating. I have a very high pain tolerance and it was absolutely terrible. I would wake up in the middle of the night with really sharp pain that was so severe it would make me nauseous and lightheaded. It was so bad I nearly fainted more than once. I don't think anything I read on the website describes anything as bad as what I experienced, so I think people should know it can be really horrible. The pain also lasted for me for far longer than they suggest die off will last. The only way I was able to get rid of the pain was by switching from taking it 3 times a day to 2 times a day. After taking it twice a day for a few weeks, I tried going back to 3 times a day to see how it would go and I experienced the same excruciating pain. I felt like this was odd because at that point die off should have been over (this was at the 8 week mark), so it makes me think there's just something in here that's really bad for my body.Lastly, I tried to figure out how to write a review on the website and I don't see a way to do that, which is really odd. I also notice the most recent review is from nearly a year ago but there are much more recent reviews here, which makes it seem pretty clear they stopped letting people write reviews on their website.
