I placed an order on 21st April 2025, expecting timely delivery. Unfortunately, after waiting two weeks without receiving any updates, I had to follow up myself to find out that my items had been lost. I was disappointed that I had to chase down this information. But also having to order from an alternative source due to the time scale we needed them.I then called to cancel part of my order, and I was assured that the cancellation would be processed and the funds refunded. However, I received an email saying that the canceled items are now being delivered, which is confusing and frustrating.I understand that things can go wrong, but better communication throughout the process would have gone a long way. I’m still waiting for clarification on my canceled items and the refund process.I’m hopeful this issue will be resolved, but my experience has been much more stressful than I expected.
