I accidentally ordered the wrong product and had to send it back within 14 days. I had to asked once after over a week if it arrived (I was kind of nervous that I missed the deadline because they write that shipping can take up to 1 1/2 weeks!). First I just got an automatic reply if I’m sure I put the documents in, but a couple hours later they replied that it arrived and all was fine. After that I got my money back quickly. Overall a good experience. (I ordered to Germany)
