Bought a phone from them, it arrived damaged - with a big chip. Instead of a simple exchange, they forced me to return it for a 'warranty review' - this took a week, then they agreed to replace the phone, but didnt have the phone in stock, so offered me another phone with different - worse - storage instead. They have repeatedly ignored my emails and are totally useless and providing solutions over chat. Im over two weeks since buying a phone from them and still do not have one, nor any offer for any compensation for the hassle. Terrible. Avoid.
