They send me a SIM card by purolator. I was not home and got a note with tracking number to pick it up at store. The Purolator store couldn’t find the package and also did not find Purolator tracking number in their system. Contacted Fizz via chat box and explained, their solution was to buy another SIM card at convenient store, send the invoice to get refund for $5!! And no conveninye store at my area. They simply do not care how much time is wasted for silly SIM card.
