Terrible experience; waited a month for installation (1 installment appointment was scheduled, had to be rescheduled 3 times), 3 out of 4 times were no-shows, and the singular time they showed up (the 3rd time), they evaluated the place and said they would come back the next day with the proper equipment, and then didn't properly communicate how to reschedule, made me wait another week, and proceeded to not show up. I lost faith in their process because they offered no other alternative system to reschedule, provide me any sort of priority/expedited process given the situation, so I asked for a refund. Got the refund, but the communication was terrible, especially from customer support, on each occasion. There is no phone number to call, just a chat on the website and they do not respond in a timely manner. I originally tried Fizz because they were recommended by a friend as easy and quick. I guess they got lucky. I'm a university student, in the middle of studying for midterms - I physically couldn't study at home because of Fizz's inability to communicate and be timely.
