I just received my Fizz modem today and honestly, my experience with customer service was already frustrating before I even got the chance to set it up. 😠 I had a simple question about activating the modem and had to go through their chat support. First, a bot told me to wait for an agent. Then it took about 15–20 minutes for someone to respond, and after that, replies were coming every five minutes. If you're trying to get help on a lunch break or during a short window of time, this kind of service just doesn’t work.The agent eventually explained how to activate the modem, but by that point I had already decided to cancel. I hadn’t even activated or logged into the modem yet, and the customer service experience alone was enough for me to rethink the whole thing.I don’t have time to deal with companies where everything feels like bots and slow chat responses, especially when real people are paying real money for the service. After reading other reviews and comments, it seems I’m not the only one who has had issues with customer support.So in the end, I didn’t even get to experience Fizz’s service — I canceled immediately, and the modem will be going back to Videotron tomorrow.
