Customer service seems to have rabies

My account says my plan is $8 but they're charging me $17.85 every month. Something's wrong with my account so I can't change my plan. There's just no button to do it and customer service is absolutely useless. It used to work fine and everything was fairly normal and easy to use but now it's completely dysfunctional. Why should I be paying $20 a month for a service I don't use? They told me I should have some patience but I've been waiting for 3 months and I can't use my phone or do anything in my account.They said I just have to keep paying and getting nothing that I need until their technical team can fix whatever they think might be wrong with it...Another time I was stuck unable to change my plan for over 6 months. This is not functional phone service. They didn't offer to refund me, or fix anything... Just said that someone in tech will make my screen show a higher price. No, it was a deal at the time, and they messed it up. They should refund me for charging me more than what the screen said. Also I asked them to change my plan and they said I have to wait until the thing is fixed and they don't know when it'll be.So they expect me to pay this erroneous bill until they fix it. Whyyyy should I pay this? The customer service people can't or won't help at all. Update. They finally fixed my page to reflect the higher prices but ... That's crooked business... In the meantime with another issue I had a horrible customer service representative basically be screaming at me to change my phone because it's not on their list of phones that are compatible with LTE... Even though my phone is in LTE and that's what it uses in every other country. They don't list all compatible phones by any means, they only lost 3 brands. And my phone obviously works on LTE... It always has. I with they'd fire that horrible person. I asked for their name so I could file a complaint and they refused to give it to me, mocked me and were just terrible. I've never been treated so disrespectfully by customer service in my life. The next one I got was actually decent acting... And said my phone was probably fine since it's an LTE phone... The previous person must have had rabies.
