I decided to get the advantage of the Fizz Internet service offering a low price. I paid for the installation by the technician, and made an appointment for Saturday, Dec 7, 2024. The technician arrived but failed to complete the installation apparently due to the provider's network/system issues. The technician assured me that "someone" will be in touch. However, no one tried to contact me within 24 hours. I have contacted Fizz via chat (the only means of communication), and also filed "an official complaint" via their website. The multiple tickets and countless chats later - nothing got resolved until this day - December 13th. All I want to do at this point is to cancel the agreement and return the modem. I have never experienced this kind of unresponsive and uncaring customer service. If you decide to go with this company as your Internet provider, think twice. If the things do go not as planned, you will regret your choice. The customer support is done by chat only, and it feels like I'm going around the circles with the robots. Very polite robots, who are very sorry for my troubles but not helpful. I have my cell phone plan with Fizz and so far that was Ok, but I'm already worried if something goes wrong, I will be left helpless ones again.
