Awful experience. Our internet kept cutting off, we got our modem changed. After we received the new one, we were out of internet for 36 hours, to be told it's an outage in our area, which turns out wasn't true but customer service offered no solution. It came back for a few hours and then the modem reset on its own. Customer service was of no help. They told us there was no available technicians for the next week after 5pm. We canceled our plan. 3 days later, we get a call at 10am on a weekday to say a technician is at our house... We never booked an appointment, even less in the morning on a weekday when we work and unavailable to be at the house.
