I’ve been with them for 2 years and the internet never cut or any interruption which is really good but the customer service (the agents) is bad. I referred few friends of mine and i had one referral bonus left in my account. Last month the agent said it will be applied for this month so i waited and this month i couldn’t apply it. I spoke to an agent and told him to help me and he kept saying make the payment in full and the discount will be applied which doesn’t make sense. I told him to apply it now before I pay and kept repeating the same thing. I told him if he can do something or I’m gonna close my account and change provider and he said no, it’s the system, nothing he can do and didn’t care at all lol. The company is great but the customer service agents are bad.. probably in Asia or Africa.
