Terrible company and terrible product. This is a true scam. They package purple baking soda and charge crazy prices for it ($18 for a small package) but it looks like it's 75% off so you "think" you're getting a deal. Then the checkout happens prior to you actually reviewing your cart so you dont realize you're paying $9 for shipping and $7 for a "warranty". The shipping is nonrefundable, returns only happen within 30 days and you have to pay for return shipping back to china to get your money back. even then, they would only refund you for unopened products. So for my experience, i had to try the product to find out that it does not work at all. it left a purple ring about 1 inch above the water level in my toilet and did not remove anything. This is a fraudulent company. They did eventually refund me 75% of what i paid, so i got some of my money back because I complained and used the email address from my law firm. Dont buy anything from them. and if you do, cancel it immediately, take pictures, screenshots of conversations, and dispute it with your bank.
